In today’s world, every single day, we are faced with countless situations good and bad. The outcome of those situations, ultimately depends on our attitude and reaction towards these events. Someone just backed into your car and left a huge dent on your brand new F-150? Your boyfriend / girlfriend just ignored your call? What could they possible be doing? Why aren't they answering, they're totally cheating? Or did they just fall asleep? Life is all about our thoughts, our attitude, and our reactions towards daily events that take place in our lives. It is all about the story we tell ourselves. Alpha Life’s goal is for you to understand that you have the power to control every thing in your life. Of course you cant control external things that happen to you, but you can control how you react to those external events, and your thoughts, and attitude towards it which will ultimately lead to the outcome of whatever happened. Based on your attitude this outcome will either be good or bad. So, Jake you dummy youre saying I can control that my girlfriend broke up with me? Or that coronavirus shut down all the gyms and now im going to get fat? Or that its corona’s fault i gained all this weight? Jake what about more serious topics, like the loss of a loved one? I am not saying you can control these things, what im saying is YOU can control how you feel about these things and how you can turn these negative events, into a positive. Of course it's completely normal and ok to grieve over the loss of a loved one. But are you going to let your life completely go after this cause they're gone? Would that person want you to do that? How can you learn from that persons life, and be grateful that you each shared a piece of your lives together. Think about all the great times you had with them, and how memorable and gracious you were to share that experience with them. And about you getting fat because corona made you fat by shutting down the gyms and forcing you to watch netflix and eat cheez itz and cool ranch doritios all day. See how ridiculous that sounds? You are the one that makes you do anything. You CHOSE to make that decision. The gyms are closed? Make your own, lol, but actually thats what i did. I asked around and made a gym in my buddys apartment. Maybe its time to switch up your daily routine, start going for runs outside? Cant run? Go for a bike ride? Too much snow on the ground? Go for a walk? Short on cash and getting fat? Offer to walk your neighbors dogs! Yeah its so easy for me to say, but the difference in life are those people that are happy and doing something with their lives, and the people who make themselves unhappy by not pushing themselves to be better. The goal of this page is to push yourself to go bigger, do more, and live out every day because you never know when it could be all over. We all need to understand that our time is the most precious thing on this earth, so lets spend our time with people who we love, who bring us up, and focusing on building yourself up to be the best version of yourself.
