Nutrition tips
It’s the start of a new year, journey, moment in your life and it is time to get in shape, but more importantly stay in shape. The key to everything is first to tell yourself that you are going to do this and you have to be fully committed. Every single part of you has to be on board with this, your body, your soul, your mind, your heart. You're gonna do this, level up your life baby. You need to want to make that positive change in your life. Our time is so limited, and don't you want to live for as long as you can? Or at least feel good in the limited amount of time you have on earth.
In today’s world, every single day, we are faced with countless situations good and bad. The outcome of those situations, ultimately depends on our attitude and reaction towards these events. This page is all for those who want to push themselves to be better. Be a better human, a better parent, a better fitness influencer at the gym, a better worker, a better healthier version of you.
Let's think first and start off by asking, what is a value? They are attributes of the person you want to become.
How would the person i want to become spend their time? What are the attributes of the person i want to become? And how would they take care of themselves? Would it be through fitness, health, prayer, meditation, singing, spending time outdoors. Relationships is something we value. Loneliness is as dangerous to our health as smoking and obesity. That's a fact. Hold time on your schedule to make the time spent with family and friends. Don't let them get the scraps of your busy day / life. Hard work: There are two different kinds of work; reactive work and reflective work. Reactive work is time spent reacting to notifications, phone calls, text messages and is not time well spent. This is what most people spend most of their time on. Reflective work is the planning, strategy, thinking, making sure you are running in the right direction. If you want to be successful in your career and in your life, make time to think because nobody else is doing it. |
